Description

Sterling Ford Sales has an opening for a Bilingual Receptionist / Admin. Assistant. This is a full time, permanent position. Hours are Monday-Friday from 11am-7pm. We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Being the first point of contact for our customers, the receptionist must be positive, energetic, and professional with strong communication skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team player.
  • Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous dealership experience is an asset.
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Bilingual (English/French).

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming / greeting clients with a professional and friendly demeanor; assessing their needs, answering inquiries, and guiding them to the appropriate dealership staff member.
  • Answering and forwarding customer calls.
  • Provide admin. support to the service, sales, and administration departments.
  • Perform various administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, data entry, etc.
  • Licensing vehicles and assisting in preparation for deliveries.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Collecting payments from customers and processing invoices.
