Description

Tamarack Physiotherapy is hiring a full time/part time receptionist/client care coordinator to start immediately to join the fun and dynamic team.

Duties Include-

  • Answering phone calls, booking appointments, taking payments
  • Patient chart compiling and organization
  • Sending and tracking third party report deadlines and processing payments
  • Greeting and checking in patients at the front desk
  • Working with therapists to maintain a time efficient schedule
  • Understanding and following WCB, MVA and other third party policies and procedures
  • Other various reception duties and keeping a clean front desk area
  • Getting to know our awesome patients and getting to help people every day!

Previous related education and experience is Preferred.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

Warm, friendly telephone manner Customer service experience required, ideally in the service sector;
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
