Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
Volkswagen Moncton is the fastest-growing Volkswagen dealership in Atlantic Canada. With our growing business, we are currently looking for a Bilingual Receptionist & Administrative Assistant.
If you are someone who loves interacting with customers, likes to be helpful, and wants to be the go-to person, then this position is for you!
The hours are Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school education, or equivalent, is a required
- College diploma in Office Administration and/or Business is preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Must be fluently bilingual in English and French
- Exceptional customer service skills, including great verbal communication and listening skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating system, basic understanding of Excel, Internet, email
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, a good work ethic, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and direct to the appropriate area within the dealership
- Answer the main telephone line and redirect calls
- Ability to answer customers’ questions on the phone or refer callers to the appropriate team
- Process vehicle registrations
- Maintain database of new vehicles in inventory, ensuring all associated paperwork and files are accurately completed and maintained
- Accept and post service payments, process end of day cash
- Maintain cleanliness of all customer areas
- Other general office duties
