We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized individual to be the first point of contact for our clients and assist with the smooth operation of our clinic.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, sales or administration preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Comfort with computers, scheduling software, and POS systems
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Interest in health, beauty, and wellness an asset

SALES & CLIENT RELATIONSHIP SKILLS

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and consultative sales abilities. The ideal candidate will be confident in:

  • Recommending add-on treatments when speaking with clients by phone or in person.
  • Encouraging clients to rebook their next appointment before leaving.
  • Promoting and selling treatment packages to our regular clients.
  • Recommending and assisting with the purchase of skincare and wellness products Bonus & Commission: You’ll have the opportunity to earn additional income through bonuses and commissions on sales and package promotions, rewarding your efforts in helping clients elevate their wellness experience.
