With your warm reception at the front desk, on the phone, and at Gallup courses and events, you will make a positive and professional impression on everyone you meet. Strong communication skills, detail orientation, a service mindset, and the ability to be self-directed and proactive will help you shine in this role. What You’ll Do Provide general office support: Greet guests, answer the phone, manage the general office inbox, and inform partners about visitors and/or events in the office. Coordinate client and guest experiences: Order food and coordinate with caterers and other service providers; make sure in-office meetings and events are set up correctly; and ensure office, kitchen and bathroom supplies are stocked, neat and tidy. Represent Gallup well: Leave a lasting positive impression on everyone you encounter with your natural warmth and hospitality. Fulfil course materials: Help team members print, compile and ship course materials. Facilitate miscellaneous tasks: Coordinate and implement office health and safety activities, manage inventory and office supplies, and handle other administrative requests as needed.
