RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our company and a key support to our office, sales, and warehouse teams. This role combines customer service excellence with strong administrative skills to help keep our operations running smoothly.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years in an administrative, front desk, or customer service role (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems an asset

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional, friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Perform data entry and accurately maintain records
  • Provide clerical support (filing, scanning, photocopying, shipping)
  • Assist sales and warehouse operations as needed
  • Support the company’s safety program
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide top-quality service
  • Use computerized systems to manage daily office tasks
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient front desk operations
