We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive team player to be the welcoming face of our Airdrie, AB office. In this dynamic, multi disciplined, people-focused role, you’ll juggle reception duties and administrative support with confidence, helping our team stay on track while ensuring the office runs like a well-oiled machine.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Positive, cheerful demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-directed and motivated, capable of working both independently and under direction
  • Professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to efficiently manage various tasks
  • Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.

  • Organization of courier and postage intake/distribution
  • Managing client mailouts
  • Ensuring office supplies are stocked and organized efficiently
