ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and conscientious individual to join our team and support our busy front desk operations. This role plays a key part in creating a positive experience for our customers while providing essential administrative support to both the Sales and Service Managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Process payments for sales customers accurately
  • Complete vehicle licensing and registration documents
  • Provide administrative support to Sales and Service teams as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized front-desk/reception area
