THE POSITION:

Lush Lawn is currently seeking a part-time experienced Administrative Support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 year of administrative experience
  • Proactive, efficient, customer-focused and able to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent written and oral communications.
  • Well organized and able to handle multiple task simultaneously as well as be proactive.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Professional attitude and demeanor.
  • Prompt and reliable.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Office manager with bookkeeping, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Co-ordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in order of priority. Notify General Manager of urgent incoming issues requiring immediate attention.
  • Answer telephone and email messages in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Filling and retrieving corporate documents, records and reports.
  • Data entry of employee timesheets and payroll information using simply accounting.
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals, reports, memorandums, correspondence and various documents.
  • Assist with human resource functions, such as reviewing resumes, booking interviews, processing new hire paperwork, and updating employee files.
  • Processing client invoices and payment.
  • Assist with office upkeep.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed.
