CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport in person and over the phone
  • Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable with strong administrative capabilities
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident with IT systems
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Ability to thrive in a busy and dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Previous high-end reception/customer service experience preferred (e.g., hospitality, healthcare, or corporate environments)
  • Passion for health and well-being is an advantage
  • Degree-level education is preferred but not essential
