About us:
We are a high-end multi-disciplinary clinic by Coquitlam Center that provides aesthetic & wellness services.
We are open six days per week. We provide a professional work environment where everyone can learn & grow together while having fun and striving to be better!
Our current team includes medical doctor, naturopath, chiropractor, physiotherapist, registered massage therapist, acupuncturist, kinesiologist, dietitian, clinical counsellor and medical aestheticians.
We are looking for a part-time reception to join our team as soon as possible.

Required Shifts:

• Tuesdays: 2 PM - 7 :30 PM
• Wednesdays: 2 PM - 7 :30 PM
• Thursdays: 9:30 PM- 2:30 PM
• Fridays: 2 PM -7:30 PM
• Saturdays - Occasional

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the clinic
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using JaneApp software
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance
• Collect and process patient payments
• Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
• Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns or questions
• Perform cleaning tasks by following the assigned closing duties

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Familiarity with JaneApp Software
• Fluent in English
• Exceptional customer service and telephone communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Reliable, dedicated, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Quick learner, able to work independently and with the team
