Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or clerical role
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an office setting is a plus
