JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a full time professional and friendly Receptionist/Administrator to join our existing admin team. We pride ourselves on high levels of service we provide to our customers and are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and professional person to join our team to help us maintain our high standards.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in a receptionist/administrative role
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong organisational abilities with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills in an office setting
  • Able to work in a fast paced and busy environment
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Preparing survey and reinspection reports prior to forwarding to customers
  • Updating customers with ongoing contracts
  • Preparing site packs for forthcoming jobs
  • Schedule appointments by contacting customers
