Does this sound like you?

  • Excellent communication skills with a passion to put customers first
  • Previous administrative and rostering experience
  • Background in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Health Services preferred
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
  • A flexible and team orientated approach
  • Fully vaccinated for 2025 Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
  • Have a current NDIS Check or willing to obtain
  • Full work rights (sorry, no visa sponsorship available)

Responsibilities
  • Providing a range of administrative and reception functions including rostering
  • Scheduling meetings, documentation, greeting guests, responding to queries over phone or via email
  • Maintaining client and staff database/records
  • Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders
  • Assisting with resident enquiry packs and newsletters
  • Assisting with facility accounts
  • Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all internal/external customer
