We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our growing team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, client satisfaction, and organizational efficiency.
Position Overview
The Office Administrator will provide critical administrative and customer support across multiple areas of the business. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities, from managing client files to supporting sales and finance teams.

Responsibilities

  • Handle licensing and account management tasks with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain and organize client and sales files for easy accessibility
  • Support funding and data entry processes with strong attention to detail
  • Receive incoming calls and professionally manage client communications
  • Contact customers to provide updates, confirm appointments, and follow up on inquiries
  • Assist Finance and Sales Managers with administrative support as needed

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $21 per hour
  • Performance Bonuses:
  • $350 for each appointment booked by the employee that results in a customer purchase
  • $15 for each verified online review (Google, Facebook, Autotrader, etc.) generated by the employee

Reporting

  • Reports directly to the Finance / Sales Managers

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office administration or customer service preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency with data entry and office software tools
  • Professional demeanor and a customer-first mindset
