RECEPTIONIST/ ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for a professional, client-focused Receptionist/ Administrator to join our Largs office on a full-time basis. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
As the face of our office, you will play a key role in ensuring that clients and visitors receive a professional and welcoming experience. You will manage the front desk & provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting clients & visitor in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering and directing phone calls promptly & efficiently
  • Providing general administrative support to solicitors & staff (e.g filing, scanning, data entry)
  • Handling incoming & outgoing correspondence including emails and postal mail
  • Arranging appointments and maintaining diaries
    It is essential that you possess excellent communication, customer service skills and the ability to use standard software packages e.g., Microsoft Office. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, however, full training will be provided.
