    Harrier Lodge care home due to open in December 2018 is a 65 bed care home providing nursing and residential care, as well as specialist care for people living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
    Working with Care UK, you will assist our residents in everyday life, providing support and companionship. You’ll help the residents each day to fulfil their lives and support them in any way they may need. Building relationships and acting as a companion is an extremely rewarding part of your role. Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm welcome to visitors in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
  • Greet others with a courteous telephone manner and reply promptly to email enquiries
  • Ensure the visitors book is completed properly and visitors are supported and directed to their destination promptly
  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors and colleagues
  • Support with general office duties such as payroll, and recruitment & selection
