JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency with Sage is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • A good understanding of office procedures and administrative tasks will be beneficial.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and filing documents.
  • Manage the Padel bookings and assist with enquiries
  • Support bookkeeping activities using Sage when necessary.
  • Provide clerical support to various departments as needed.
