REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of social media platforms is required.
Responsibilities

As the Receptionist / Administration Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors to our showroom and office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails promptly.
  • Performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Providing administrative support to the team as required.
  • Assisting with the smooth day to day running of the office.
  • Providing assistance to other staff members is required.
