JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Experience of working in a legal office is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be computer literate and capable of using Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed for data entry tasks.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
  • Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Utilise Google Suite for scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Support administrative functions as needed, including using QuickBooks for basic financial tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
