Duties may be varied from time to time under the direction of the Reception Team Lead/Deputy Practice Manager dependant on current and evolving practice workload and staffing levels. Confident use of the telephone and Microsoft Office practice appointment systems will be essential, as will being able to deal with patient requests in a calm but efficient manner. The whole range of administrative and support tasks need to handled quickly, efficiently and accurately at all times, and compliance with Information Governance requirements is an absolute must.
