Responsibilities

ROLE

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist Administrator to join our team based at our Head Office in Coventry.
The working environment is contemporary, clean and engaging.
The role is considered a ‘desk-based’ role with physical demands being described here are representative of those that must be met by an Employee to perform the essential functions of this job.

The employee must be able to:

  • Operate a computer and other office machinery.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Communicate and exchange information with co-workers and external vendors in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Decipher documents and other communications.
  • This role is in an office environment with a noise level that is usually quiet to moderate.

Role is not compatible with Hybrid working with daily in office presence required.
