Generations Sport & Spine Physiotherapy Centre has two private, out-patient physiotherapist-owned clinics located in Welland and Niagara Falls. Our state-of-the-art clinic in Welland also offers a full fitness centre and aquatics program in addition to physiotherapy and massage services. Our 24-hour gym is open to the public, with basic gym memberships, as well as gym memberships with unlimited classes. We offer Aqua Fit classes, Pilates, Group Fit classes, Box Fit, Cycle Fit, and yoga.
We are looking to hire a skilled individual to assist at the front desk with clinic/gym reception and administration. Reception staff are often the first people that a member or patient interacts with when entering our facility. It is an extremely important role in the representation of our company as they are the point of contact for our day-to-day interactions with clients. We are looking for someone that is customer service driven, self-motivated, reliable, and proficient at multitasking.

Qualities:

• Courteous and professional when dealing with callers and visitors.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Physiotherapy Clinic Reception:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answering incoming calls and checking voicemails.
• Scheduling and cancelling clients according to policies.
• Perform data entry tasks, including updating patient information and billing details.
• Collecting payment and providing receipts for services.
• Handling customer service issues.
• Manage and organize patient files, documents, and records.
• Completing medical forms for patients/WSIB/MVA.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.

Fitness Centre:

• Registering gym members, entering all necessary information.
• Making sure gym members are scanning key fobs/checking into the gym
• Checking and returning emails directed to the gym.
• Entering payment information for gym members.
• Cancelling gym members as per procedure.
• Updating/organizing gym member paper files.
• Answering inquiries from clients and other interested parties.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
