Description

Goldview Property Management Ltd. is seeking to hire a full-time receptionist/administrator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Proficient in CondoManager, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Office, Windows, etc.;
  • Excellent written communication;
  • Excellent oral communication;
  • Organized;
  • Team player;
  • Dependability;
  • Social Media Skills a plus;
  • Solid understanding of day-to-day common condominium operating procedures and administration;
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage priorities with careful attention to detail;
  • Sound understanding of Ontario’s Condominium Act, and other laws and practices related to condominium corporation operations;
  • ability and commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times in a professional businesslike manner;
  • Fluent in English (both speaking and writing);
  • Ability to direct visitors to the appropriate staff member or the appropriate office location;
  • Ensure reception and meeting areas are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationary and material (pens, forms, brochures, etc.);
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email;
  • Co-ordinate front desk activities, including the distribution of all correspondence and other mail;
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls;
  • Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals, delays, or cancellations;
  • Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing; and
  • Organize, sort, and prepare correspondence and documents.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
