WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, AND SUPER ORGANISED RECEPTIONIST & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO JOIN OUR WELCOMING CLIENT CARE TEAM AT GOPHYSIO IN CHANDLERS FORD. AS THE FACE OF OUR BUSINESS, YOU’LL PLAY A VITAL ROLE IN ENSURING THAT EVERY PATIENT AND VISITOR EXPERIENCES THE WARMTH, CARE, AND PROFESSIONALISM WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON.

This is a varied, customer-facing role involving reception duties, diary management, patient bookings, payments, and supporting our clinical team with essential administrative tasks. You’ll thrive in a busy environment where attention to detail, efficiency, and exceptional people skills are key.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Be the first point of contact for all patients, providing a friendly, helpful and efficient service.
  • Manage appointment diaries, optimise diary occupancy and convert enquiries into bookings.
  • Handle patient enquiries in person, by phone and email.
  • Process payments, manage invoicing and assist with stock management and marketing tasks.
  • Support clinicians with administrative duties and assist the Practice Manager with daily operations.
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
  • Actively promote goPhysio services, packages and offers.
