We’re seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to be the welcoming face of our organisation while providing high‑quality administrative support to our team. What you'll be doing In this part‑time role, you’ll manage our reception area and ensure clients and staff receive exceptional service. You’ll handle enquiries, coordinate day‑to‑day office tasks, and support a range of administrative functions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a role where every day looks a little different. Greet visitors and manage front‑of‑house interactions Answer incoming calls and respond to general enquiries Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area Assist with scheduling, meeting room bookings, and basic coordination Support office administration tasks, including correspondence, data entry, database management and ordering office supplies.
