We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in an office or receptionist role is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
• A professional appearance and demeanour are essential for this role.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Perform clerical duties including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars. .
• Support team members with various office tasks as required.
