Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact: greet visitors, answer calls, route messages.
  • Manage the inbox: sort inquiries, flag priorities, draft simple client replies.
  • File + organize: Being the main administrator for our digital filing in Google Drive and paper in filing cabinet
  • Client intake support: collect client onboarding information
  • Admin: manage CRM software Financial Cents, prepare templates and checklists.
  • Mail + supplies: open/sort mail, manage office supplies and courier drop-offs.
  • Team support: Provideadmin support for bookkeepers
  • Create occasional social media posts
