Receptionist/Office Administration
A fulltime position is available for a dedicated individual to join the team as a receptionist/office administrator in our busy workshop office.
Our progressive and rapidly expanding business is based in Kelso servicing Bathurst and surrounding areas in Central West of NSW. We are a leading supplier of quality and reliable Hydraulic and Engineering products and services.
Our company is an incredibly fast paced, rapidly growing business with a good team environment.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following;
· Greeting customers
· Answering telephone calls
· Handling enquiries
· Actioning emails
· Data entry
· Filing, scanning & archiving
· Receiving, recording and storing freight
· Inventory
· Reordering stock
· Sales & purchases
Applicants must possess good interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication, have strong computer skills with a high focus on attention to detail and time management.
A can-do attitude and the ability to work fast, efficiently and cohesively within a team environment is essential. We are seeking someone with lots of energy, enthusiasm & shows initiative.

8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Previous MYOB experience
Previous experience and qualifications in office reception/administration
Punctuality and accountability
Immediate start is available for the successful applicant
