OVERVIEW

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. You would be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing friendly service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively and work as a team.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous office or administrative experience is essential
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency
  • Familiarity with Sage is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in clerical roles will be beneficial
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Process invoices and manage basic bookkeeping using Sage
  • Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times
