THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous administrative or receptionist experience is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure

  • Ability to work as part of a hardworking team
  • An understanding of court processes and systems would be highly regarded

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our supportive and friendly team in our Mildura office on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who is looking for a varied role within a fast paced, supportive environment where you will be encouraged to learn and develop. This role will suit a candidate with excellent customer service skills who has a strong ability to manage competing priorities and the capability to adapt to a quickly changing environment.
You are someone that is keen to grow and develop your skills utilising your strong client service skills and working alongside our teams across Maurice Blackburn. This position will require full-time attendance in our office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering all incoming calls and assist or transfer calls where appropriate
  • Greet guests in the reception area and manage the switchboard
  • Manage client expectations and provide accurate information within a timely manner
  • Manage and delegate a busy inbox
  • Arrange and manage calendars and meeting rooms
  • General office duties including keeping brochures restocked, checking reception is presentable
  • Maintaining spreadsheets
  • Other administrative support as required
