JOB TITLE: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
JOB TYPE: 40 Hours per week, Full-Time, Permanent, Monday-Friday
SALARY: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly (subject to experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
· Answering and direct phone calls
· Filing and Organizing
· Track and replace office supplies
· Responsible for mail distribution and organizing inbound & outbound deliveries
· Complete weekly and monthly reports/data entry
· Distribution of office memo’s
· Boardroom scheduling and meetings
· Purchase Orders through Jonas Software
· Material Tracking
· General administrative duties
· Monthly event coordination (small team events)
· Support executives, and executive assistant, as needed
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
· Min. 2 years experience in a similar role
· Fluent in English
· Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong customer service skills
· Self-motivated, taking initiative, and good organizational skills is a must
· Attention to detail, proactive, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and with others as a team
· Multi-tasking skills
