Receptionist Administrator – Be the First Point of Contact for Our Growing Team! Role Details

  • Position: Part-time Receptionist Administrator
  • Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 pro rata
  • Hours: Flexible within Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (24-40 Hours, with the potential to change to full time from next year)

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys being a key part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front-Line Communication – Handle calls and emails professionally, ensuring enquiries are managed promptly.
  • Client Booking – Schedule quote visits, confirm appointments, and keep calendars up to date.
  • Customer Invoicing – Prepare, send, and follow up on invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Client Outreach – Contact potential clients to support business growth and maintain strong relationships.
  • Administrative Support – Provide general admin duties to keep office operations running smoothly.
  • Operational Assistance – Support the operations team with scheduling, customer management, and daily coordination.
  • Risk Assessment & Compliance – Assist with preparation and upkeep of risk assessments to meet legal standards.
  • Health & Safety Coordination – Help ensure policies are up to date and communicated effectively.
  • Staff Management Support – Assist with staff scheduling, performance tracking, and operational reporting.

Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using email, scheduling systems, and office software
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Knowledge of health & safety and risk assessments (desirable but not essential)
  • A proactive team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude
