JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong clerical and organisational skills, as well as proficiency in various office software. The Receptionist will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.) is required.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting software such as QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of work.

  • Utilise QuickBooks for basic financial tasks when necessary.
  • Operate office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.
