We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Medical Admin Systems is highly desirable.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A friendly demeanour with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Assist with administrative duties such as appointment scheduling.
  • Utilise software for scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
