Allens Caravans (Estates) Ltd are a family run business who own and operate Residential and Holiday Parks in the Midlands and Wales.
We are looking for experienced Reception Administrator’s to work at our Overstone Lakes Holiday & Residential Park, Ecton Lane, Sywell, Northampton, NN6 0BD
Reporting to the Office Manager, working as part of the reception team, over a 7 day period in a busy holiday park environment.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • To provide a reception service. Promptly addressing and actioning all customer enquiries.
  • Deal with Customer Queries and Complaints directing to the right channels.
  • To take orders & payments for utilities, site fees & other services.
  • To deal with telephone enquiries, messaging and redirecting calls as necessary.
  • To efficiently update customer and business details. Maintaining effective filing in both hard and digital systems.
  • To work closely with other Departments - Sales, maintenance, security, amenities and retail outlets.
  • To support caravan sales & welcome prospective enquirers.
  • To communicate verbally and formally to customers in respect of unpaid bills and compliance concerns.
  • To retain the confidentiality of company & personal information and comply fully with all data handling requirements.
  • To complete daily banking & reconciliation procedures.
  • To adhere to all health and safety procedures.
  • To perform general office skills and ad hoc tasks as directed by line management.

Core skills/requirements

  • Previous Reception & Administration an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in a customer facing environment
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Computer compliant. Competent in Word & Excel
  • Flexibility to work in a team environment and to changes in routine and agenda
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Resilient and confident and with the ability to liaise at all levels of the business.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £25396.80 PA (Pro Rata for Part-time)
