Lehane Motors, the main Toyota & Lexus Dealer in Cork City, currently wish to recruit a part-time Receptionist / Administrator on a permanent basis. The position is for Friday/Saturday cover and possibly another half day during the week.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
· Have previous experience in a similar role
· Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Be efficient, with good organisational skills and attention to detail
· Providing assistance to our sales team for our customers
· There will be some administration work involved and the ideal person will need to be able to work on their own initiative.
· High standard of personal presentation at all times
· Work well as part of a team
· A flexible ‘can do’ attitude
· An ability to take ownership of tasks and to take them to completion
