REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous office experience is preferred, with a strong focus on administrative duties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and document preparation.

  • Handle filing and organization of documents to ensure efficient access to information.
  • Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed, including invoicing and payment processing
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for various administrative functions.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is welcoming and professional at all times.
  • Support customer service efforts by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
