We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients , providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a health clinic environment.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and clerical tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective phone etiquette and strong communication abilities for client service interactions.
  • Previous experience in a medical or dental office is preferred but not required.

  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to support office operations effectively.
