Being the face of our spa to the customer, the receptionist must have a natural ability to engage positively with people in person and on the telephone, always leaving a welcoming and professional first impression of the spa
Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service
Reception and/or Customer Service experience is preferred
Responsibilities
Welcoming guests into the Japanese zen experience with friendly and professional customer service. Assess their needs and answer their inquiries or guide them to the treatment room
Orientation to the clients about how to enjoy the treatment (10 min)
Maintain the tidiness and organization of the reception area, Cleaning the beds in the heating room, change room, washroom and customer waiting area.
Administrative Duties; Take appointments, Answer the phone calls, e-mail to clients, communicate with the therapists and clients, clean the facility, take payments, input the client’s list
Perform other admin duties as requested by management.
