QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Being the face of our spa to the customer, the receptionist must have a natural ability to engage positively with people in person and on the telephone, always leaving a welcoming and professional first impression of the spa
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Reception and/or Customer Service experience is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Welcoming guests into the Japanese zen experience with friendly and professional customer service. Assess their needs and answer their inquiries or guide them to the treatment room
  • Orientation to the clients about how to enjoy the treatment (10 min)
  • Maintain the tidiness and organization of the reception area, Cleaning the beds in the heating room, change room, washroom and customer waiting area.
  • Administrative Duties; Take appointments, Answer the phone calls, e-mail to clients, communicate with the therapists and clients, clean the facility, take payments, input the client’s list
  • Perform other admin duties as requested by management.
