PBC is a privately owned IANZ Accredited Organisation with a team of 40+ employees. We are busy and see this only increasing into 2026/27 so we are looking for an outgoing, personable, customer focused Receptionist for our busy Office. You will be will be the front person for our business PRIMARY PURPOSE Reception Clerical processes involved with Building Consent applications Administrative support to a busy Building Consenting Company. PRIMARY OBJECTIVES Manage client inspection bookings via phone and PBC Inspection application Provide a quality, professional service to the clients and customers of PBC. Assist with administrative functions involved with Building Consent applications Ensure digital information is correctly stored on our PBC systems Ensure a clean and tidy office environment You will be surrounded by a well-trained, experienced team of professionals that work together to obtain excellent results for our customers. We pride ourselves on the team we continue to build. This role is based in our Highbrook office, 8 hours a day,40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
The role involves managing client inspection bookings and providing professional customer service as the first point of contact. Additionally, the position provides administrative support for building consent applications and ensures digital records are correctly stored.
