OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team forSATURDAYS ONLY (potential for more hours spring/summer). The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support in a professional environment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within our office. The Receptionist will manage front desk activities and assist with administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must have social media knowledge (creating, cross posting etc)
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Canva
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks including filing, typing, and proofreading.
  • Familiarity with computerized scheduling systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
