RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Worcester
Rate: £13.30 per hour PAYE
Contract: Temporary
Hours: Full-time
Seven Resourcing is seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join a busy office environment in Worcester. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality reception and switchboard services while supporting overall administrative operations. This role requires a flexible approach and excellent customer service skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Recent experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role.
  • Ability to stay calm and constructive in emergencies.
  • Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads.
  • Good interpersonal and customer care skills.
  • Strong written and spoken English, with literacy and numeracy equivalent to GCSE English and Maths.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in facilities management or conference/event organisation.
  • Experience analysing problems and implementing effective solutions.
  • Previous experience providing excellent customer service.
