Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator
Location: Bridgend
Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time
Hours of Work: 40 hours a week working 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Position Pays: Up to £24,024 depending on experience

THE OPPORTUNITY

Sinclair Finance & Leasing (SFL) are looking for a full-time Receptionist / Administrator to be based at its office in Bridgend. This is a small but dynamic and successful company with several business units: a contract hire & leasing business, a vehicle & asset finance operation, used car retail site Sinclair Direct and a vehicle workshop. This role has traditionally been a stepping-stone to career progression within Sinclair Finance & Leasing, a growing business with a terrific, supportive team spirit.

You will:

  • Be welcoming, helpful and friendly with visitors and on the telephone.
  • Possess a variety of computer skills, including experience of operating word processing and database packages, spread sheets, email and internet.
  • Be flexible, proactive and keen to learn.
  • Preferably have a full driving licence.
  • Welcome visitors to the office, including Sinclair Direct and service customers as well as workshop suppliers, and manage their requests.
  • Take incoming telephone calls and route them to the appropriate person.
  • Complete specific administrative tasks required by various departments across the business.
  • Take on additional pieces of work to cover for holidays and absence.
  • Maintain effective liaison with all departments, forming a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and conduct yourself in a professional manner when handling customer vehicle and administration enquiries.
  • Undertake other tasks and responsibilities, including training courses, as requested by the Management team.
