We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our business. This role requires someone who can create a positive impression for visitors while providing efficient administrative support to keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist visitors with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
* Coordinate appointment schedules and manage meeting room bookings
* Ensure the reception area remains clean, organised, and presentable at all times
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider team
