Our growing team has an opening for a full time Receptionist/Administrator. We are looking for someone who loves to have a variety of tasks from office administration duties to accounting. You are personable and an outgoing type of person. Our firm offers excellent training to fit your current experience and to achieve your future goals. The role is a full-time position working from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday, we require a reliable candidate.

Duties include:

  • Scheduling monthly service contract activity
  • Answer incoming calls and service calls
  • Work order collection and review
  • Customer contact and service coordination
  • Maintain service database
  • General clerical duties (filing, assisting Office Administrator, etc.)
  • A/P entering invoices
  • A/R Collections/Customer Follow-up
  • Service Billing
  • Assisting sales staff & Executives with projects
  • Assisting Executive Management & Sales Staff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
