JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least one year work experience in a customer focussed environment
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Good spoken and written English

Responsibilities
  • Greeting visitors and members and supporting them during their time in the centre
  • Telephone answering on behalf of members
  • Message receipt and transmission
  • Data input on CRM
  • Data collection for Anti Money Laundering Regulations
  • Receipt of goods
  • Post handling (incoming / outgoing)
  • Photocopying / laminating / binding
  • Supporting members to book meeting rooms
  • Issuing / receipt of keys, access cards, photocopying codes
  • Ensuring that the common areas and meeting rooms are always neat and tidy
  • Car parks permit management
