Description

Swanavon Dental Clinic is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and professional individual who is passionate about providing exceptional patient service and supporting the smooth operation of a busy dental practice. The Dental Certification is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
  • Process insurance claims and billing, including Ministry and Medical coverage
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up to date
  • Coordinate between patients and the clinical team to ensure efficient workflow
  • Perform general administrative duties to support daily clinic operations
  • Assist in creating a welcoming and organized front desk environment

Work Remotely: NO (In person)

Experience:

  • Dental Office Reception - minimum 3 years (Required)
  • Dental Administration: 3 years (Required)
  • Work authorization (Required)

Education:

  • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Dental Reception Certification (preferred)

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
