Job Discription:
This role is a core operational role within the educational institution, responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of teaching programs and high-quality educational services. Acting as a vital bridge between students, parents, and teachers, you will enhance student and parent satisfaction and loyalty through professional academic administration and excellent customer service, upholding the institution’s professional image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student & Parent Services:
  • Manage student processes including enrollment, class transfers, renewal, and leaves of absence.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, questions, and complaints from students and parents, providing professional and patient service.
  • Conduct regular communication with parents (via phone, WeChat, etc.) to provide feedback on student progress and maintain strong home-institution relationships.
  • Teaching Support & Quality Monitoring:
  • Assist teachers in preparing teaching materials and manage the distribution of teaching aids and textbooks.
  • Organize and arrange periodic assessments, final exams, and assist in results compilation and analysis.
  • Collect feedback from students and parents to assist the academic department in monitoring and improving teaching quality.
  • Data & Records Management:
  • Maintain and manage important information such as student records, teacher files, and course histories.
  • Track and record student attendance, following up on irregularities promptly.
  • Prepare relevant academic data reports to support management decision-making.
  • General Administrative Support:
  • Assist with certain front desk reception duties.
  • Participate in and support institutional events (e.g., parent-teacher conferences, open days, holiday events).

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $12.48 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 14 per week
