Thriving Minds Clinic is a growing allied health clinic with a primary focus on Psychology. We are expanding our team and are looking for a warm, professional, and organised Receptionist / Administrator to be the welcoming face of our clinic.

  • Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Booking and managing appointments
  • Taking payments and following up with clients
  • Supporting the team with general admin – printing, scanning, laminating, filing, ordering supplies, maintaining tidy spaces
  • Assisting with reports, letters, and forms as needed
